Stupid

If you had to give up one word that you use regularly, what would it be?

I have several conversations with a certain person during the day and as I am talking to this person, I am always saying in my mind. In my thoughts when I walk away this person is so stupid. Why do they think like this? That was stupid this is stupid. Why do they act so stupid? Why is there behavior so stupid Why do I put up with this stupid Ness of this person every other word out of my mouth when dealing with this person is always the word stupid coming out of my mouth or a certain instances coming out of my mouth about this person makes me think that I am becoming stupid from dealing with them and I keep thinking that you are a product of the company that you keep so I always try to rephrase my thoughts and cautioned myself to put a cap on what I’m about to say or do so that I do not let that word stupid come out of my mouth because I know the more that I said the more I am bringing that back into my life so that is the one word there are others, but that is the main word that I really am working on getting rid of out of my thoughts out of my mouth and out of my heart when it comes to things that happen during my daily routine.

My ideal home is full of rooms

What does your ideal home look like?

The first room has large pictures of family history going back to grandparents and great grandparents lots of memorabilia with memories of adventures and get together’s of family, vacations and time spent learning about our history and things that we learned traits that we got from our elders it has Things that were passed down from our family members that was important to them that they wanted us to have so that they can be remembered and have a stake in our future. It has music, rooms and dining room with a record player that actually still plays records it has a long dining room table for Gas to come over and eat and sit down and talk to us about growing up With our parents and cousins and friends, it has TVs and DVD players, CDs and tape cassettes with our family members voices on it from times they were telling stories and let us sit around and talk about things that were important to us even when they didn’t want to hear it, and they would save us it has our school awards and our memory verses our time capsules that we would bury, and years later, the grandkids dug up that we put inside the mantle so that they could see it and remember the fun things we used to do when playing outside, making mud pies it has our bedrooms that has changed over the years to show how our growth and development has sprung up into new adventures to wear now when the grandkids come over and great grands, they see how their stuff has been added to the room so that they know it is their place also it has been modernize with still a playground in the backyard they have a game room, TV room, work room, and a indoor garden so that they can play with it and they can tell their kids how they used to play on those very swings and they’ve been kept up so that when they got old enough they can play with them too it has books on the shelves and different little trinkets that has been there for years that has shown them how they have come from a long line of thinkers and entrepreneurs, who always grow with the times, and how they are expected to do the same, even if they go their own way, they are still expected to achieve in one way or another it has beautiful furniture clean walls and really nice carpet in certain areas and work floors and others. Everybody has a space where they know what to do when they come in the door and how to cook all the utensils are put in a neat and orderly fashion, and it’s always fun around their house because they know that at grandmom’s house they are always welcome so in my house it is always home.

Late night

What’s your favorite time of day?

When I’m in my room and I’m able to think about the things I accomplished during the day and I’m able to meditate and bring peace before I go to sleep and think about what my day brought, and how I made it through all of it and then to see what is to come And begin to manifest what is next for the future? It brings me a calm and makes me smile every time before I lay down, take my deep breath and breathe in all the gratitude that I feel for having made it through one more day, knowing that what a have just manifest it is already on the way And I feel happy and grateful right before I go to sleep.

Excitement anticipation for the future

What positive emotion do you feel most often?

The most positive emotion that I feel most of the time is excitement from thinking about what I have coming up for the future things that I have planned things that I am going to do for my goals that I have sat and have decided that I’m going to achieve so I am often very happy thinking about the motivation that will help me a accomplish those things

Knowing my family is safe

What brings you peace?

I’ve always been that impulsive person who makes decisions on a whim. It has always depended on what’s going on in my life and who is impacted by what is happening, especially if it has to do with a loved one I have always been passionate about my children my siblings And especially my mom so if something is going on with anyone of them, I have always then the type of person to stop everything and go to their aid when I hear something has gone wrong in their life I always want to stop everything and see what I can do to make it better Whether if that is have them come near to me, go and be by their side or just give them some semblance of peace to make things better I don’t like it when I hear someone is hurt or need help and don’t have that help especially a best friend my mate or someone who is dear to my heart these things will keep me up at night and will make it hard for me to sleep. I am a people person so I love to make sure that my people are all right if my people are all right I am all right. These are the things that keep me at peace.

Soft and vulnerable

How would you describe yourself to someone who can’t see you?

Hello, I am LeSheena my name given me at birth by my father. My mother name is Corelle. I love that name. Both of them are elegant to me. My hair is a soft right now golden brown because I colored it but naturally, it’s a darker brown it comes down to the middle of my neck, even though I want it to come to the middle on my back or lower it always feels soft even though it looks like it’s course. My skin tone is like a milk chocolate that makes me proud. I was the outside child as a girl so that’s how I got certain little dark spots on my skin, but I just called those growing pains from jumping over fences, getting little blotches and doing crazy stuff as a kid I have one tattoo from a previous life that signifies the people I love and love to earrings holes in each ear I always wanted my ears pierced. My grandmother got my first hole in my ear, and then I got the second one in my ear and my earring last and final one in my nose. My eyes are a dark brown. I wish they were at Hazel or green. It’s just something about that color green is always been my favorite but they are dark brown. Luckily, my prayers were answered and my daughter came out with the color that I want it in her eyes, I am 58 approximately 243 pounds constantly dropping the weight working at it eating healthy trying to get it down as fast as possible after having so many surgeries it’s been a task but it’s not one that I’m willing to give up on One minute I go to the doctor and they say I’m 58 the next they say I’m five 7 1/2 bye I still stick with 58 my shoe size is supposed to be an 11 but sometimes I look up and can’t wear at 10 or 10 1/2 that I would like should have it at least my clothes stay consistent love to wear jeans and things like that but when push comes to shove, I always like loose fitting clothes that make me feel comfortable and let sell that is a little bit about me. What about you?

It’s three games

What’s your favorite game (card, board, video, etc.)? Why?

The first one is temple run two, the second one is Township, the third one is spades. The reason I like these three games are they make me think they keep my mind entertained and they help me to learn new things and I have to be really good and focus on playing them And engaging with other people in order to get the things I need to accomplish certain goals in my games which makes it even more fun. I don’t play them all the time but when I do, it becomes a crazy addiction and I can’t stop playing them and what are your games that you enjoy playing? One other game I forgot to mention is bop it that game is also so much fun.

Meditation and relaxation

What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?

I use meditation to help clear my mind and think about my goals for the day and visualize my future plans relaxation to help me take the weight off from the things I’ve done during the day and filter out and work through whatever it is that I needed to redo

Yes I have more than one

Have you ever had surgery? What for?

More than 3

The first surgery I had was minor surgery as a child. I walked past a shard of glass from a large, broken picture window. I sliced my leg along my calf leg on the left side. I had to be rushed to the hospital. I also had hand surgery from letting a fire cracker blow up in my hand. Another minor surgery where stitches were needed. This is before the time of numbing the area so I had to get several stitches and the held down in order to stay still. My next surgery, was when I had been in labor for two days. My son was being very stubborn and not wanting to get in the right position so my labor was being prolong until the core began to wrap around his neck from all of his turning so I ended up having to have a C-section on an emergency my next surgery after that was a planned surgery my daughter then a third C-section after that, I had to have a thyroidectomy because my thyroid was not functioning correctly, and had created a mass, the size of a potato in my throat (a goiter) and another mass the size of a football in my chest, which was causing me to not be able to breathe correctly and have fainting spells often so I had to have open chest surgery and throat surgery. After that one, I had a total hysterectomy because of problems with my uterus and anemia and bleeding problems. My body has been through quite a bit, but I would say it has all been worth it.
