How would you design the city of the future?

My city of the future, what reside with men who want sons and daughters to grow up and be respectable, loving, caring, supportive, and intelligent, who believe in family and community it would have women who believe in the growth and development of strong minds great atmospheres and technology of the future it would also have schools that employ scientists history buffs a strong black community stores that accentuate health and healthy living also cooking classes with trades to help kids who don’t have a desire to go to college develop skills to develop into things that will help our city stay revolving. My city of the future would also have recycling that pays and replenishes needed accessories in our city. It would have virtual reality, community centers, hospitals of the future, with the best technology and doctors in it. Fitness centers, churches, and activity centers. It would be an all inclusive, helpful, hopeful, and pleasant place to be.

Soft and vulnerable

How would you describe yourself to someone who can’t see you?

Hello, I am LeSheena my name given me at birth by my father. My mother name is Corelle. I love that name. Both of them are elegant to me. My hair is a soft right now golden brown because I colored it but naturally, it’s a darker brown it comes down to the middle of my neck, even though I want it to come to the middle on my back or lower it always feels soft even though it looks like it’s course. My skin tone is like a milk chocolate that makes me proud. I was the outside child as a girl so that’s how I got certain little dark spots on my skin, but I just called those growing pains from jumping over fences, getting little blotches and doing crazy stuff as a kid I have one tattoo from a previous life that signifies the people I love and love to earrings holes in each ear I always wanted my ears pierced. My grandmother got my first hole in my ear, and then I got the second one in my ear and my earring last and final one in my nose. My eyes are a dark brown. I wish they were at Hazel or green. It’s just something about that color green is always been my favorite but they are dark brown. Luckily, my prayers were answered and my daughter came out with the color that I want it in her eyes, I am 58 approximately 243 pounds constantly dropping the weight working at it eating healthy trying to get it down as fast as possible after having so many surgeries it’s been a task but it’s not one that I’m willing to give up on One minute I go to the doctor and they say I’m 58 the next they say I’m five 7 1/2 bye I still stick with 58 my shoe size is supposed to be an 11 but sometimes I look up and can’t wear at 10 or 10 1/2 that I would like should have it at least my clothes stay consistent love to wear jeans and things like that but when push comes to shove, I always like loose fitting clothes that make me feel comfortable and let sell that is a little bit about me. What about you?

It’s three games

What’s your favorite game (card, board, video, etc.)? Why?

The first one is temple run two, the second one is Township, the third one is spades. The reason I like these three games are they make me think they keep my mind entertained and they help me to learn new things and I have to be really good and focus on playing them And engaging with other people in order to get the things I need to accomplish certain goals in my games which makes it even more fun. I don’t play them all the time but when I do, it becomes a crazy addiction and I can’t stop playing them and what are your games that you enjoy playing? One other game I forgot to mention is bop it that game is also so much fun.

Meditation and relaxation

What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?

I use meditation to help clear my mind and think about my goals for the day and visualize my future plans relaxation to help me take the weight off from the things I’ve done during the day and filter out and work through whatever it is that I needed to redo

Yes I have more than one

Have you ever had surgery? What for?

More than 3

The first surgery I had was minor surgery as a child. I walked past a shard of glass from a large, broken picture window. I sliced my leg along my calf leg on the left side. I had to be rushed to the hospital. I also had hand surgery from letting a fire cracker blow up in my hand. Another minor surgery where stitches were needed. This is before the time of numbing the area so I had to get several stitches and the held down in order to stay still. My next surgery, was when I had been in labor for two days. My son was being very stubborn and not wanting to get in the right position so my labor was being prolong until the core began to wrap around his neck from all of his turning so I ended up having to have a C-section on an emergency my next surgery after that was a planned surgery my daughter then a third C-section after that, I had to have a thyroidectomy because my thyroid was not functioning correctly, and had created a mass, the size of a potato in my throat (a goiter) and another mass the size of a football in my chest, which was causing me to not be able to breathe correctly and have fainting spells often so I had to have open chest surgery and throat surgery. After that one, I had a total hysterectomy because of problems with my uterus and anemia and bleeding problems. My body has been through quite a bit, but I would say it has all been worth it.

God is life

How important is spirituality in your life?

Spirituality is very important to me because God is life.

God has made my life worthwhile and worth living things haven’t always been easy but with him by my side, I’ve been able to get through a lot and not go over the deep end. I’ve had some very traumatic events in my life. I didn’t know what was coming next or what to do, but my faith and my belief kept me going. There’s so much more I could say, but I want him with this God is everything..

I like to meditate

How do you unwind after a demanding day?

Well, I’ve had a long day I like to burn some incense and listen to some meditation, music and meditate on things that will help me relax and think about the future what I want to accomplish and things that I still need to accomplish because life is full of challenges and thinking about what I’m working on accomplishing helps me to focus on what is to come and helpWell, I’ve had a long day I like to burn some incense and listen to some meditation, music and meditate on things that will help me relax and think about the future what I want to accomplish and things that I still need to accomplish because life is full of challenges and thinking about what I’m working on accomplishing helps me to focus on what is to come also, what is to come this keeps me excited and working towards my goals for the future like weight loss also, I was thinking about my husband who lost a friend of his today that made me think about when I lost my cousin, and how that affected me a lot gotta live life to the fullest because you never know when your last day may be live every day as if it is your last because today just might be that day. Moscow

What place in the world do you never want to visit? Why?

The reason I’m not interested in visiting Moscow is they do not value the freedom of their people nor the individual rights of others and I’m afraid that they would infringe on my independence if I was to visit there

She did my hair

Describe a positive thing a family member has done for you.

When I was in California visiting my family right before it was time for me to leave and come back to Florida my big sister took me out to my nieces house and my niece braided my hair and made it look so beautiful. It was the whole combination of what had to happen to get it done. My sister had to get me out there and my niece had to agree to do it and then my sister had to come back and pick me up in order to get me back to her house before my mom was due to pick me up the next day before I was to get to the plane. Without the both of them working together and doing that for me, it couldn’t have gotten done and that was a really nice thing that I’d totally appreciate for the both of them to put in that effort for me. I love them both. It’s awesome having family who love you enough to sacrifice for you. Sometimes we forget how valuable Family is, but I don’t. It’s one of those lessons that I am truly humbled by an event at my age I pray that my children learn it sooner than later.
