What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?
I use meditation to help clear my mind and think about my goals for the day and visualize my future plans relaxation to help me take the weight off from the things I’ve done during the day and filter out and work through whatever it is that I needed to redo
Have you ever had surgery? What for?

The first surgery I had was minor surgery as a child. I walked past a shard of glass from a large, broken picture window. I sliced my leg along my calf leg on the left side. I had to be rushed to the hospital. I also had hand surgery from letting a fire cracker blow up in my hand. Another minor surgery where stitches were needed.This is before the time of numbing the area so I had to get several stitches and the held down in order to stay still. My next surgery, was when I had been in labor for two days. My son was being very stubborn and not wanting to get in the right position so my labor was being prolong until the core began to wrap around his neck from all of his turning so I ended up having to have a C-section on an emergency my next surgery after that was a planned surgery my daughter then a third C-section after that, I had to have a thyroidectomy because my thyroid was not functioning correctly, and had created a mass, the size of a potato in my throat (a goiter) and another mass the size of a football in my chest, which was causing me to not be able to breathe correctly and have fainting spells often so I had to have open chest surgery and throat surgery. After that one, I had a total hysterectomy because of problems with my uterus and anemia and bleeding problems. My body has been through quite a bit, but I would say it has all been worth it.
Describe one of your favorite moments.
One of my most favorite moments was watching my daughter get the presidents award. The award hat President Obama‘s signature on it. She had worked really hard in school, and had really good grades, and for that she was rewarded with the presidents award. she got mini awards like the honor roll and perfect attendance Being talked about a lot. But that was one of many proud parent moment.
Describe your dream chocolate bar.
My dream chocolate bar would be dark chocolate with maca root, horny goat weed & sea moss with a hint of banana & purple haze sweetened with agave nectar this is my dream chocolate bar. What is yours? Happy throwback Thursday.
How do you unwind after a demanding day?
Well, I’ve had a long day I like to burn some incense and listen to some meditation, music and meditate on things that will help me relax and think about the future what I want to accomplish and things that I still need to accomplish because life is full of challenges and thinking about what I’m working on accomplishing helps me to focus on what is to come and helpWell, I’ve had a long day I like to burn some incense and listen to some meditation, music and meditate on things that will help me relax and think about the future what I want to accomplish and things that I still need to accomplish because life is full of challenges and thinking about what I’m working on accomplishing helps me to focus on what is to come also, what is to come this keeps me excited and working towards my goals for the future like weight loss also, I was thinking about my husband who lost a friend of his today that made me think about when I lost my cousin, and how that affected me a lot gotta live life to the fullest because you never know when your last day may be live every day as if it is your last because today just might be that day. What place in the world do you never want to visit? Why?
The reason I’m not interested in visiting Moscow is they do not value the freedom of their people nor the individual rights of others and I’m afraid that they would infringe on my independence if I was to visit there
Describe something you learned in high school.
I had one of the best teacher at Blair High school taught history in my school. She was always respectful and understanding. She has passed on now I miss her She came at us so down to earth, and was pleasant always had the best intentions, and was just almost like one of us understood her. She made School fun I loved going to her class if I could go back I wouldn’t change the teachers I had because they made me into the person. I am now I see how the people who I have been around when I’ve moved to other places and I see how they are, and how they do not have the same morals and respect.She made School fun I loved going to her class if I could go back I wouldn’t change the teachers I had because they made me into the person. My scores were the greatest.
I had so much fun today walking around seeing all the people just so many women they’re selling things doing things talking about the so much going on just an exciting environment with so much enthusiasm and camaraderie among the women. What is your middle name? Does it carry any special meaning/significance?
Yes, it does have special significance. My mother gave me my middle name. My father gave me my first name and last name, but my mom bought out my middle name. She saw me as precious and meaningful, and I also gave significance to who I was as my. Name began with a L and my middle name began with a C so the significance of it was that I was the last child C so when my mom did that she made sure that I was someone to be precious and The end of the road, I’ve always loved my name, but that is the story behind it.
What is the last thing you learned?
No matter what life brings or throws at me I cannot put myself in the place of someone else. I can only change myself I can take a life throws at me, and either take the punches and cry, or learn from them and move on, and make different choices and change from what Those choices have brought me. I cannot expect the person who threw those packages to change no matter what I do because they are who they are and they are set in their stance and I just have to accept that and be OK with moving on with my life and be happy with who I am because I know that I am not the problem because of everyone that has been in that person‘s life has also love everyone else cannot be the problem so if that person will not look at themselves, they are meant to be alone and I have to accept that and be OK with moving on and buy my own happiness, so that is what I have learned here recently because I am not meant to be unhappy in an abusive, manipulative and unhappy relationship with someone who cannot appreciate me, so I will find my own happiness.
The struggle is now not forever
